Site Manager | $6m Luxury Residential | Inner East Metro About the Company My client is a highly reputable high end residential construction company specializing in complex, detailed luxury residential projects. About the role As Site Manager, you are responsible for the site management of various residential new build and renovation projects from $6m - $8m. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role requires a capacity to coordinate and direct the activities of all work teams and sub-contractors on site to ensure the timely delivery of safe, high quality and profitable construction projects from commencement through to project completion and defects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and positive outcomes. You will need to be motivated, well organised, customer focused and able to prioritise tasks. Critical to the position is the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team, professionalism and the drive to take on any given task. Your Background: Experience with site managing high end residential projects. Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality. Positive attitude with the right temperament. Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme. What’s on offer: Employment with an established with a high end residential with a strong project pipeline. $125,000 - $160,000 Super, based on years of experience.
